The Experience
01
Horse Time
Observe, groom and lead horses in a working herd. Kate guides participants in reading equine body language — skills that transfer directly to how people lead, listen and respond.
02
Guided Art Session
Life drawing from horses in open landscape. Kate — trained at Winchester School of Art and Chelsea College of Art — guides on observation, stillness and form in motion.
03
Facilitated Reflection
A coach-led debrief connecting the morning's experience to personal and team themes. Participants leave with something they made, alongside something they understood.
Why This Is Different
"Most equine wellbeing programmes offer horse interaction alone. This one brings together three things rarely found in the same place."
Thirty-five acres of Test Valley AONB. A working rehabilitation yard where horses are managed with genuine skill and care. A fine artist and equine specialist in the same person. The landscape, the horses and the art do quiet, lasting work on people who spend too much time indoors.
